Be Prepared Anywhere
You remember the simple things we learned as kids. For instance, what is it that the Mom
and Dad always taught? Be prepared.
 having the things you need to get the job done. Finding and using the tools you need and having them at the ready no matter where you are!
I am  feeling like the scout with all
the badges, Dr. Mom, and MacGyver all in one. So let’s talk about some of the ways to be
prepared for all the things.

Before You Leave the House

“The best part of waking up, is” A great Anti-Oxidant drink in your cup. Or your shot glass. Starting the day off right is super important. Drinking a power packed Anti-oxidant doesn’t mean you have to skip the cup of coffee or drastically alter your morning routine, but it does help boost it. I like to add a drop or two of extra immune boosting power and to add a bit of spice. If I can do all the things at once, like taking my Supplements at the same time I’m throwing my Anti-Oxidant drink down the hatch, that gives my body what it needs. A swipe of confidence and calmness with my roller bottle of aroma and I’m ready for whatever the day throws at me.

I'm a Wife, Mother of 2 daughters, Grandmother of 6, Massage Therapist, Certified AFT Practitioner, and Entrepreneur. 
 
With a licenses in Massage therapy and Certified in Aroma Freedom Technique, Harmonic Touch therapy, Young Living Therapeutic Quality Essential Oils, along with Myoskeletal Technique certifications, I integrate various methods helping others to achieve freedom from pain with a healthier and happier life.

After living in survival mode a full time mom working a full time job, often working 60-hour weeks, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's - an autoimmune condition where the body attacks itself - in this case, the thyroid. I gained weight, had no energy, and just all around felt awful!  
Then a friend introduced me to the idea of making changes to my life that reduced the inflammation in my body.   
Now my life is completely different!  I feel great.   I don't take any medications, and I have not seen a doctor for illness i n over a decade!
